What should you bring with you?
Successfully completed vocational training as a chef
Experience in comparable positions
Good knowledge of German
Passion for the profession and commitment

Your area of responsibility:
Work in various kitchen departments (pastry chef, charcuterie chef, sauce chef, etc.)
Proper Handling of Food and Work Equipment
Organizing and ensuring that operations run smoothly in the kitchens
Mise-en-place tasks
Compliance with HACCP guidelines and safety standards
Responsibility for one's own job duties
Helping to Design the Menu
