Junior Analyst – Quality Data and Systems (m/f/d)
We are looking for an ambitious Junior Analyst – Quality Data and Systems (m/f/d) to support the implementation of our roadmap for Quality Lab Excellence and the digital transformation in quality management. In this role, you will help us build a seamlessly connected, digital quality ecosystem for our global laboratory equipment.
This is a remote position that will be filled on a 1-year contract – the perfect springboard for motivated career starters to gain valuable experience in a global corporation.
You will:
Support for global quality systems
Learn and apply: You will familiarize yourself with our Global Quality Systems Management platforms, including SAP QM, LIMS and related systems.- System optimization: You will support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of global quality systems to ensure data integrity and traceability.
- Process coordination: You will assist the Quality Process Champions for SAP and help to align local quality requirements with the global enterprise architecture.
- User & Tech Support: You will provide day-to-day support for system users, assist with data analysis, and help resolve system issues.
Digital Excellence and Data Governance
Digital transformation: You will accompany the digitization of global quality laboratory processes to increase speed, transparency and data quality.- Data infrastructure: You will help build an end-to-end data management infrastructure that ensures accurate and easily accessible quality data.
- Analytics & Dashboards: You will support the development and testing of data systems, innovative digital tools and dashboards (e.g. for real-time insights).
- Knowledge management: You maintain structured knowledge bases and help deliver and distribute training materials to our user communities.
Lab Standards & Performance Excellence
Efficiency tracking: You will collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor resource utilization and process efficiency in the labs.- Best Practices: You will help define and validate Givaudan's global laboratory meta-standards.
- Network collaboration: You will promote knowledge sharing through our regional network of Quality Laboratory Coordinators.
What you bring to the table:

Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, quality management, engineering, business informatics or a comparable field.

Professional experience: 1–3 years of professional experience (ideally gained through relevant internships, working student activities or first stations after graduation).

Tech affinity: Sound basic knowledge of Excel. Initial contact with ERP systems (ideally SAP ECC) or BI/reporting tools (such as Tableau or PowerBI) is a big plus.

Analytical thinking: A sharp analytical mind and genuine interest in data systems, ETL tools, and database structures.

Soft skills: Good communication skills as well as a skillful handling of different stakeholders in order to work together successfully in an international remote environment.

Industry interest: Curiosity about or basic familiarity with the processes and principles of flavor, fragrance, or quality labs.
