- Scope: Full-time
- Location: Amtzell and throughout Germany – no regional restrictions, remote work also possible
- Development, implementation and maintenance of Java applications according to requirements and specifications.
- Creation and execution of unit tests to ensure code quality
- Collaboration with other team members to develop effective solutions and promote best practices.
- Analysis of requirements and technical advice for the implementation of suitable solutions
- Troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement of existing applications
- Documentation of code and technical specifications
- Completed studies in computer science, software development or a comparable qualification
- Proven professional experience in Java development
- Solid knowledge of Java and its associated frameworks and libraries
- Experience with web application development (e.g., JSP, Servlets, Spring)
- Knowledge of database development (e.g., SQL, ORM frameworks such as Hibernate)
- Familiarity with agile development methods (e.g. Scrum)
- A good understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Analytical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and a structured work style.
- Team-oriented work style, good communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Knowledge of test automation (e.g., JUnit, TestNG)
