- Project Management & Oversight: You are responsible for independently managing and overseeing your projects in the field of electrical engineering.
- Coordination: From the start of a project through to final acceptance, you coordinate schedules and resources with all stakeholders. You maintain a clear overview at all times and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- Management of Subcontractors: You will oversee and supervise subcontractors to ensure that all work meets standards and specifications.
- Change Order Management: You will secure change orders and identify opportunities for additional work.
- Budget and Goal Monitoring: You will constantly monitor project goals and costs and ensure they are met.
- Supervision of Construction Work: You will supervise and monitor construction work and schedule personnel according to the project’s requirements and needs.
- Educational Background: Whether you have an apprenticeship as an electronics technician, an ELT technician, a master’s degree in electrical engineering, a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or another relevant qualification—we look forward to receiving your application.
- Experience in Project Management: You have some experience managing projects in the field of electrical engineering.
- English Skills: You have very good English skills and communicate confidently and professionally within international project teams and when interacting with international clients and partners.
- Customer Focus: You take a customer-focused and cost-effective approach to your work.
- Teamwork & IT Skills: Teamwork comes as naturally to you as working with modern IT systems and programs.
