- Herstellung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien nach Zeichnung und Arbeitsplan
- Selbstständiges Rüsten von konventionellen Drehmaschinen
- Überprüfung der erforderlichen Qualität im Rahmen der Werkerselbstkontrolle
- Effizientes, zielstrebiges Arbeiten in einem von 6S-Methodik und Lean-Gedanken geprägten Umfeld
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker, Industriemechaniker oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Ausbildung
- Idealerweise Fachkenntnisse im Bereich der Zerspanung, erworben durch erste Berufserfahrung, gerne auch Berufs- oder Quereinsteiger
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb
