Deecke Private Wealth AG is an established partner in individual asset advice and management. To set up and manage our subsidiary, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded leader who will confidently take responsibility for our location and lead the team to success.
Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for the management and further development of the Mannheim branch
- Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as motivation of the site team.
- Expansion and maintenance of client relationships in the private wealth and wealth advisory sector.
- Responsibility for sales, earnings and growth targets of the subsidiary.
- Ensuring regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
- Representation of Deecke Private Wealth AG vis-à-vis clients, partners and the market.
Your profile
- Valid licence as a financial investment broker in accordance with § 34f GewO (mandatory).
- Several years of experience in investment consulting, private banking or a comparable management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking.
- Fluent in German and good English.
