Overview:
ACCOUNT MANAGER
We are looking for a commercially focused and customer-oriented Account Manager to manage and grow strategic customer relationships within a defined portfolio. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences through close collaboration with internal teams and customers.
As an Account Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to your customers, developing a deep understanding of their business and supply chain needs while identifying opportunities to expand services and strengthen long-term partnerships.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage and develop customer relationships across assigned accounts, acting as the primary commercial point of contact.

Drive revenue growth through proactive business development, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

Support and lead customer tenders, RFQs, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions.

Develop account plans and execute strategies that align with customer objectives and business goals.

Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams to deliver integrated logistics solutions.

Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and business results, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Analyse market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to uncover new growth opportunities.

Ensure all commercial activities are managed in accordance with compliance, governance, and company policies.
Job Requirements:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Proven experience in account management, B2B sales, business development, or supply chain management.

Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex customer relationships and negotiations.

Ability to identify opportunities, build pipelines, and achieve ambitious growth targets.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.

Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to support decision-making and forecasting.

Experience working across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment.

Degree-level qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
