We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to help scale the performance creative engine behind one of the fastest-growing DTC pet brands in DACH.
Performance creative is one of the biggest drivers of our growth. In this role, you’ll work closely with performance marketing, content, and production to develop high-performing paid social and advertorial creative.
You’ll help turn insights into concepts, concepts into ads, and ads into scalable learnings across the funnel.
Own the creative strategy — where we’re going, what angles to test, what stories and mechanisms to bet on next
Run the testing and content roadmap so production never stalls — we always know what’s shooting next and why
Build scalable creative workflows that keep output fast, structured, and insight-led without sacrificing quality
Oversee output end-to-end — quantity and quality, from brief to final cut, including the compelling early-frame hooks that stop the scroll
Coordinate the content team (video editor, copywriter, performance marketing manager) plus external UGC creators and production partners
Give clear creative feedback and direction to continuously improve messaging, hooks, scripts, and concepts
Read the numbers (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and feed insights back into the next test round
Shape the funnel — landing pages, messaging, and our creative library — together with the team
Jump in hands-on when needed — scripting, hook writing, messaging, copy, or creative refinement
2+ years in Creative Strategy, Performance Creative, Performance Copywriting, or a similar role — ideally in DTC / e-commerce
You’ve worked on paid social ads and understand what makes creative perform
You think in funnels: Hook · Mechanism · Offer · Story
Strong creative instincts combined with structured thinking
You can write briefs that are clear, practical, and performance-oriented
Comfortable reading creative performance metrics and extracting insights
AI-native, not AI-curious. You actively use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or custom workflows to improve research, scripting, briefing, and ideation
Fluent English. German is a strong plus, but strong DACH market understanding also matters
We move fast, test constantly, and learn through execution. You’ll work closely with a highly collaborative team where ideas matter more than titles.
