For our HR team, we are looking for an HR Working Student - 20 hours/week
Are you an enthusiastic student looking to jumpstart your HR career with a global industry leader? At SAFRAN Helicopter Engines Germany, we offer you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, contribute your ideas and develop your skills in a dynamic international environment.
Your mission:
- Prepare and update employment contracts and agreements
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Create employment references
- Restructure and archive payroll documents and maintain data quality
- Assist with internal controls and absence management
- Manage HR purchase requests
- Issue various HR-related certificates and confirmations (e.g., A1, business travel, parental leave…)
- Contribute to the digitalization and automation of HR workflows
Your skills & qualifications:
- Enrolled in an business (ideally HR-related) degree (max. 2nd semester)
- Located in Hamburg or Schleswig-Holstein (your workplace: Norderstedt)
- Fluent in German (min. C1) and English (min. B2)
- First knowledge of German labor law
- Comfortable working with digital tools and AI-based solutions
- Motivation to learn, take initiative, and work independently
- Practical, hands-on mentality with a drive to continuously improve processes
- Good organizational and communication skills
