Deine Mission:
- Lead and develop a team of Operations Project Managers and ensure successful execution of all product-related projects within the Supply Point Fulda
Drive end-to-end execution (Develop- Launch) – on time, in budget, in scope

Manage and prioritize the product project portfolio including resource planning across Supply Point functions

Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration between local and central teams and secure technical readiness at all project gates

Drive risk management, problem solving & cost (COGS) performance

Contribute to site strategy & continuous improvement as part of the Plant Leadership Team
Deine Kompetenzen:
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or similar

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams

Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to build strong relationships across functions and levels

Strong experience in project / portfolio management

Analytical, solution-oriented & resilient mindset

Able to manage complexity, ambiguity & changing priorities

Excellent communication skills (technical & non-technical)

PMI certification or willingness to obtain

Proficiency in English required; German is a plus
