As Team Lead (m/f/d) for CRM & Loyalty Management, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development, scaling, and operational management of our CRM and loyalty initiatives on an international scale—with a particular focus on our Global Loyalty Program and on data- and AI-driven, Salesforce-based customer communication in an international environment.
In particular, you will
- provide technical and managerial leadership to the CRM & Loyalty team (up to 8 employees) and continuously develop their capabilities
- be responsible for the strategic CRM & Loyalty roadmap - with a clear focus on automation, personalization, and measurable business impact
- design, scale, and manage AI-powered customer journeys (e.g., predictive segmentation, next-best-action, dynamic content)
- establish CRM- and loyalty-relevant segmentation, KPI, and measurement models to optimize CLV, engagement, and retention
- strategically develop the global loyalty program and ensure consistent governance
- manage budgets, set priorities, and oversee external technology and agency partners
- coordinate international stakeholders and ensure close integration between CRM, loyalty, app activation, and data teams
