As our EU Service Commercial & Operations Manager , you will drive the commercial performance and operational excellence of the European Eco Solution Service, with a strong focus on spare parts, supply excellence, profitability and business growth.
This role goes beyond traditional operations management. You will act as a business owner, change driver, and strategic partner, working across Europe to improve service performance, develop new opportunities, influence stakeholders and deliver sustainable business results.
You will collaborate closely with European Service teams, Country organizations, Supply Chain, Sales, Technical teams and Korea HQ to drive alignment, standardization and continuous improvement across the region.
Your Responsibilities
Commercial Business Ownership
Drive the commercial performance and profitability of the European Service Business (parts, verticals, …).
Develop business cases and identify opportunities for parts & supply chain towards a profit-center
Support pricing strategies, margin optimization and business expansion initiatives.
Position the service and spare parts business as a key contributor to long-term business success.
Monitor financial and operational KPIs and translate insights into actions.
Operations & Supply Excellence
Drive supply excellence across the European service organization.
Improve parts’ availability, service performance and customer satisfaction.
Lead supporting forecasting, inventory optimization and working capital improvement initiatives together with SC department
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by ensuring service readiness, operational alignment and spare parts availability prior to market launch.
Reduce operational inefficiencies through process improvements and standardization and sustainable aspects.
Coordinate critical escalation topics and support countries in resolving operational challenges.
Stakeholder Management & Change Leadership
Lead cross-functional initiatives across Europe without direct authority.
Build alignment and commitment among country organizations and stakeholders.
Drive transformation projects in a complex international matrix organization.
Challenge existing ways of working and promote a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
Influence decisions through data-driven recommendations and strong interpersonal engagement.
Performance & Business Development
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
Prepare, maintain and continuously improve the monthly European Service reporting package, providing management with transparent performance insights and recommendations.
Drive NPS and feedback management activities, analyze customer and stakeholder feedback and translate insights into tangible service improvement actions.
Benchmark best practices and translate findings into actionable improvement initiatives.
Support implementation of new service systems functions, tools and business processes.
Contribute to the development of future service business models and operational capabilities.
Your profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
5+ years of experience in Parts Business, Supply Chain Management, Service Operations, After-Sales, Commercial Operations or Business Performance Management.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect operational improvements to business results and drive change
Proven ability to lead initiatives and drive change in international matrix organizations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management capabilities.
Act with a consulting mindset, combining analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution to drive business improvement across Europe.
Resilient, proactive and self-driven personality with a strong ownership mentality.
Ability to work independently and successfully manage multiple stakeholders across countries and functions.
Fluent English communication skills.
