About Qorelo
Qorelo uses AI to automate some of the most mission-critical work in the enterprise: the management of ERP systems. Platforms like SAP run the core of the world's largest companies, including finance, supply chain, and operations, yet keeping them modern is slow, manual, and consultant-heavy. We're changing that.
Our AI agents help teams integrate, migrate, and modernize their ERP landscape faster and with fewer errors, compressing work that used to take months. We've raised $3.5M from HPI Ventures, the fund tied to the institute of SAP co-founder Hasso Plattner, along with other strong backers. We already work with Fortune 500 and DAX 40 companies, including Mercedes-Benz.
The role
You'll be our first dedicated growth hire, reporting directly to our co-CEOs. There is no growth team to manage; you are the growth team. Everything from first touch to signed contract runs through you: positioning, outbound, events, partnerships, and the pipeline itself.
The buyers are CIOs, transformation leads, and the consultancies that run their programmes. Sales cycles run quarters, buying committees are real, and a warm intro at the right roundtable beats a hundred cold emails. You'll work the direct channel into enterprises and consultancies across multiple strategies at once, and you'll do it hands-on: the campaigns you plan, you also run.
You will not be handed a playbook. You'll write it.
What you'll own
Go-to-market from pipeline to close, working the direct channel into enterprises and consultancies
Positioning that lands with CIOs, transformation leads, and SAP teams
Demand generation across content, outbound, partnerships, and events, run as parallel strategies rather than one channel at a time
Our events presence: CIO roundtables, networking formats, and showing up where the SAP ecosystem meets
Pricing, packaging, and expansion strategy, shaped together with the founders
Who you are
4+ years in B2B growth, demand gen, or GTM, in enterprise SaaS or consulting. We care more about what you've built than the year count
Familiar with the ERP and SAP landscape; ideally you've sold or marketed ERP or SAP solutions
A builder of enterprise pipeline that converts, with the track record to show it
A strong networker with the habit of growing your network: you open doors and turn relationships into revenue
C1 German and English speaker, both mandatory
Fluent with modern CRM tooling; we run on Attio
Senior in how you operate: ownership from day one, not a ramp-up year
You might be a fit if
You've filled a room with enterprise buyers before and know it takes weeks of calls, not one LinkedIn post
You've sourced deals yourself: outbound you wrote, events you organized, intros you earned
You've watched a strong product lose to a better-networked competitor, and it still bothers you
You want to build a growth function from zero, not inherit someone else's
Nice to have
6 to 8 years of experience: the sweet spot for this role
Already embedded in the SAP or consulting ecosystem, with relationships you can bring on day one
Experience in AI, automation, or enterprise software
Early growth hire experience at a startup
What we offer
Real ownership. Meaningful equity and a direct hand in the company's direction, not just your day-to-day work. We're looking for people who want to shape a company, not join one.
Competitive salary, benchmarked for senior commercial talent in Berlin.
The market. Fortune 500 and DAX 40 buyers, including Mercedes-Benz. The pipeline you build lands inside companies most marketers only read about.
The team. Builders and entrepreneurs who hold a high bar for every hire, including this one. The customer list above is the proof, not this sentence.
25 days paid vacation plus German public holidays.
Company offsites with the whole team.
An office in Prenzlauer Berg, right next to the Wasserturm. We prefer working together in person and run a hybrid model with flexibility around it. The fridge is stocked.
How to apply
Tell us about pipeline you built, not just titles you held. A campaign that sourced real revenue, a roundtable you filled, a deal you opened that nobody handed you.
