About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Skilled Mechanical Assembly Worker (m/f/d) to support an exciting Rolls Royce Glass Bonding Project in Rietheim-Weilheim, Germany.
This is a short-term contract opportunity for candidates with strong experience in mechanical assembly within manufacturing or industrial environments. If you have a keen eye for precision, can interpret technical drawings, and enjoy hands-on assembly work, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble complex mechanical joining fixtures for adhesive bonding stations.
- Build and assemble multiple fixture variants according to technical specifications.
- Read and follow technical drawings, assembly instructions, and work procedures.
- Ensure high levels of precision, quality, and workmanship throughout the assembly process.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and effectively.
- Follow all health, safety, and quality standards.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to meet project timelines.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in mechanical assembly, machine assembly, or industrial manufacturing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly documentation.
- Experience using mechanical hand tools and measuring equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach.
- Experience in automotive, aerospace, machinery, or manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Rietheim-Weilheim, Germany.
