In der Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für IT-Systemmanagement lernst du, wie man Kunden professionell zu IT-Produkten wie Hardware und Software oder Service berät. Neben IT-Fachwissen stehen natürlich auch kaufmännische Inhalte auf dem Lehrplan. Nach der Ausbildung stehen Dir verschiedene Arbeitsbereiche wie die Anwendungsentwicklung, Netzwerkadministration oder der Support offen. Begleitend zur praktischen Ausbildung bei ebm-papst, besuchst Du die kaufmännische Berufsschule in Donaueschingen.
