About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Marketing Assistant to join our team in Leudelange, Luxembourg. You will actively contribute to developing our brand across the European market, create visual content, manage our social media, and help grow our online visibility, while also providing essential administrative support to the marketing department.
Key responsibilities
- Create and adapt visual content (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Manage and animate the company's social media channels
- Contribute to the SEO optimization of our digital content
- Help organize events (trade shows, product launches, etc.)
- Support marketing campaigns and their follow-up
- Handle various administrative and support tasks related to coordinating the marketing department (file tracking, dashboard updates, etc.)
- Communicate easily across departments (sales, after-sales service, etc.)
Profile
- Proficiency in Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Good understanding of social media
- Knowledge of SEO and GEO
- Fluent in German and English (required)
- Knowledge of French is a plus
- Creative, curious, and proactive
- Autonomous with a strong sense of initiative
- Well organized with the ability to multitask
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus; a Master's degree in digital marketing, international business, or a related marketing field
