Einholung von Lieferantendaten zu komponentenbezogenen CO₂-Emissionen mithilfe offizieller Standardvorlagen.
Übertragung der Lieferantenrückmeldungen in die interne Konsolidierungsliste sowie Zuordnung zu den relevanten Gesellschaftseinheiten.
Durchführung grundlegender Plausibilitätsprüfungen (Vollständigkeit, Konsistenz der Einheiten sowie Vergleich mit historischen Werten).
Dokumentation von Rückfragen sowie Nachverfolgung bei Lieferanten zur Vervollständigung der Daten.
Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung der CBAM-Jahresmeldung.
Praktische Erfahrung in der Datenerhebung, Datenvalidierung oder im Reporting – idealerweise im Bereich CO₂-Emissionen, Supply-Chain-Daten oder regulatorischer Meldevorlagen.
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel (Pivot-Tabellen, Filter, grundlegende Formeln sowie SVERWEIS/XVERWEIS oder vergleichbare Funktionen).
Erfahrung mit Datenbanken oder BI-Tools (z. B. Power BI) ist von Vorteil.
Gutes Kommunikationsvermögen in Wort und Schrift, auch in englischer Sprache.
