We are currently looking for a creative Development & Calibration Engineer to join our Powertrain - Engine department. As part of our team, you will be involved with powertrain system thermo-fluids modelling and performance analysis to help us produce a world-class product that will give us a competitive advantage.
Main tasks

Take responsibility for powertrain calibration at the test bench and – if required – at the race track.

Qualification

Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant engineering subject and a higher degree involving ICE (Internal Combustion Engines).

Minimum 5 years of experience in high-performance or motorsport powertrains.

Experience with hybrid powertrains is highly beneficial.

Display good knowledge and experience with state-of-the-art TC-DI engine development with a main focus on powertrain test bench calibration and development.

Proficiency with programming/scripting languages.

Formula SAE experience is highly preferred.

In-depth knowledge in the field of ICE/powertrain testing and metrology.

A good understanding of internal combustion engine and powertrain fundamentals.

Capability with the application of test bench automation, combustion analysis, and CAN bus architecture.

Competence in data post-processing tools (Wintax, ATLAS, etc.).

Proficient in English.

Proficient in German (or willingness to learn it) is a plus.
