Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) an unserem Standort in Neuenstadt am Kocher.
Vorbereitung der Arbeitsabläufe sowie Einrichtung der Maschinen und Anlagen je nach Auftrag
Bedienung der Maschinen ggf. Umrüstung der Maschinen bei Bedarf
Steuerung der Arbeitsabläufe und Regulierung des Materialflusses
Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe und Maschinenbelegung
Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten sowie Behebung von Störungen an den Maschinen
Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung, hierzu gehen Inprozesskontrollen und die Bedienung spezieller Steuerungs- und Regelungseinrichtungen
Ausbildung zum Verfahrenstechniker / Maschinen- und Anlagenführer / Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Rüsten und Einstellen von kunststoffverarbeitenden Maschinen (PUR und/oder Spritzguss)
Erfahrungen in der Bedienung von Robotern (vorzugsweise FANUC)
Bereitschaft zur 3-Schicht
Technisches Verständnis, hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
