Join our Global Marketing team as Field Marketing Manager (m/w/d) – DACH and help shape how we bring iC Consult’s expertise, solutions, and services to market. You can work either on-site/hybrid at our offices in Essen, Frankfurt, Karlsruhe, Munich or Stuttgart, or flexibly remote across Germany.
You will work closely with Sales, Delivery, Portfolio, and Marketing colleagues across countries and functions to transform market opportunities into measurable business growth. In our lean, agile, and increasingly AI-native organization, you will enjoy a high degree of ownership, autonomy, and impact while collaborating with experts around the globe.
Your Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate and continuously evolve go-to-market execution for DACH, turning market opportunities, customer challenges, and industry trends into measurable growth.
- Own the regional marketing plan, campaign portfolio, and budget – prioritizing investment by pipeline impact and ROI.
- Run end-to-end demand generation across events, roundtables, webinars, ABM, digital, and partner programs to build measurable pipeline.
- Use AI-powered tools and data to improve lead quality, funnel conversion, and marketing impact.
- Connect market demand with delivery capabilities across Sales, Delivery, Portfolio, and strategic partners.
- Represent iC Consult at industry events and partner activities, strengthening brand visibility across Central Europe.
- Degree in marketing, business, or communications – or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Several years in B2B field marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or go-to-market roles, with a proven record of generating measurable pipeline and growth.
- Hands-on experience with events, ABM, demand generation, partner marketing, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset – comfortable with KPIs, CRM systems, and marketing performance data.
- Experience using AI tools to boost marketing effectiveness; background in tech, cybersecurity, consulting, or SaaS a plus.
- Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management; fluent German and English (C1).
