German Press Distribution & Media Relations Support (B2B/Sustainability)
We are looking for an experienced freelance PR consultant to support a short-term press communication project for the German market.
A professional press package is already prepared, including press release, video material, and images. We need support with targeted media distribution and outreach to ensure the announcement reaches relevant journalists and publications.
Scope_
- Review the existing press material from a German media perspective
- Define relevant media segments and target publications
- Create a curated German press distribution list (no generic database export)
- Identify and prioritize relevant journalists, editors, and media contacts
- Support press outreach and follow-up communication

Requirements_
- Proven experience in PR and media relations in Germany

- Ability to work independently and deliver within a short timeframe
Estimated effort_ approx. 2–3 days. Final scope to be aligned based on experience and proposed approach.
