Concentrix is seeking an experienced Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) specializing in Exchange Online, Exchange Server, and Microsoft 365 Administration & Governance to help customers modernize their messaging and collaboration platforms.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, leading Exchange migrations, Microsoft 365 administration initiatives, governance programs, and operational transformation projects
Key Responsibilities
Messaging & Collaboration Architecture
- Design and architect enterprise-scale messaging solutions based on Microsoft best practices.
- Lead Exchange modernization and transformation initiatives.
- Define migration strategies from on-premises Exchange environments to Exchange Online.
- Develop long-term messaging and collaboration roadmaps.
- Conduct architecture reviews and technical assessments.
Exchange Online & Exchange Server
- Design, implement, and optimize Exchange Online environments.
- Lead Exchange Hybrid and migration projects.
- Manage mail flow architecture, transport rules, connectors, and routing configurations.
- Design and review High Availability (DAG) and Disaster Recovery strategies for Exchange Server.
- Troubleshoot complex messaging and coexistence scenarios.
Microsoft 365 Administration
- Administer and govern Microsoft 365 tenant services.
- Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID integrations.
- Define operational standards and administration frameworks.
- Optimize Microsoft 365 service health, performance, and adoption.
- Lead tenant consolidation and modernization projects.
Governance & Compliance
- Define Microsoft 365 governance strategies and operational models.
- Implement retention policies, litigation hold, eDiscovery, and compliance controls.
- Partner with security teams to ensure secure messaging architectures.
- Design controls aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Establish governance frameworks for mailbox lifecycle management.
Customer Advisory
- Act as primary technical advisor for strategic customer engagements.
- Facilitate workshops, roadmap discussions, and executive briefings.
- Present technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.
- Guide customers through Microsoft 365 operational transformation.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise messaging and collaboration environments.
- 5+ years of experience working with Exchange Online and Microsoft 365.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale Exchange migration projects.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and governance.
- Excellent customer-facing consulting and architecture experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Turkish
