Core Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Execution
-
Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for assigned modules within the Unified Commerce Platform.

Define product vision, capabilities, and user experiences based on retailer needs and market opportunities.

Convert complex retail business problems into scalable platform capabilities.

Drive product lifecycle from discovery, definition, development, launch, and optimization.
Retailer & Market Understanding

Engage with retailers, business stakeholders, and internal teams to understand evolving commerce needs.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify product opportunities.
Product Delivery
-
Create product requirements documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.

Partner with engineering, architecture, UX, data, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Define product success metrics and continuously improve adoption and business outcomes.
Platform Thinking

Design products with scalability, configurability, and multi-retailer deployment in mind.

Ensure capabilities support different retail formats, geographies, and operating models.

Partner with technology teams to define API-first and cloud-native product capabilities.
Years of Experience
-
5-7 years of product management experience.
Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)
Skill Set Required

Strong understanding of retail commerce, omnichannel, POS, or store technologies.

Experience working with engineering teams to build scalable products.
-
Strong customer discovery and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage ambiguity and drive outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
