Cocktail Bar Hideaway is a high-standard cocktail destination in Düsseldorf focused on refined classic mixology, open to an international culture with Italian, French and Japanese influences, and attentive hospitality.
The Role:
You will work directly alongside our Bar Manager to maintain seamless operations during peak hours:
- Support station mise-en-place, covering all prep, batching, and house infusions.
- Step behind the bar to mix and serve cocktails during high-volume rushes.
- Manage floor hospitality when needed, taking orders and ensuring quick, attentive table service.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness, restocking, and bar organization throughout the shift.
What We Are Looking For:
- EBS-certified bartending qualification is a plus. We appreciate if you have a solid foundation in cocktail technique and speed.
- Resilience and focus in a high-pressure service environment.
- Proactive teamwork: ready to jump effortlessly between shaking drinks and floor service.
- High schedule flexibility for evening and weekend night shifts (35 hours per week).
