Your Role in the Team
Passionate about people, processes, and technology? Join our Global HR Systems team and gain hands-on experience in a global HR transformation project. You will support operational and implementation activities, learn how international HR system rollouts are managed, and contribute to the success of a global HR systems implementation.
Your Tasks:
Supporting the global rollout of a new HR information system (HRIS) and taking ownership of selected implementation tasks
Assisting with system testing, HR data management activities, and reporting
Preparing training materials and supporting end-user training sessions
Supporting local HR teams with system navigation and troubleshooting common HR-related issues
Contributing to process improvements and ensuring high data quality within the HR system environment
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Initial experience with HRIS systems and digital tools gained through internships or working student positions
Strong understanding of Core HR processes and HR operations
Excellent data management and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
Fluent English skills; German language skills are an advantage
Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in an international environment
