The V93k Supply Chain, which has worldwide business responsibility for IC Test Systems is looking for Operational Buyer. Operational Buyer in Supply Chain are responsible for operational elements and contents of supply chain by applying high quality procurement processes worldwide. The person acts as an interface between R&D, PE, Trade Compliance, Purchasing, Finance and other supply chain teams and suppliers.
- Execution of purchase processes (order placement / Support Purchase Requisitions etc) in Oracle ERP system
- Handle buy - sell tasks
- Cross checks demand vs. inventory
- Trigger manual shipping of material
- Tracking on time delivery of goods
- Issue invoice notifications
- Tracking of payments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration/engineering or - Advanced
- Industriekauffrau/- mann - Advanced
- Kauffrau/-mann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung - Intermediate
- ~3 years of experience in operational buying/procurement in a production or trading company – Advanced/Expert
- Familiar with ERP Software solutions e.g. SAP/Oracle/Navision - Advanced/Expert

- Good written and oral communication skills in English and German - Advanced
