Ihre Aufgaben
Pflege und Verwaltung der Mitarbeiterstammdaten im SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und -aktualität
Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Anpassung
Unterstützung bei der Fehleranalyse und -behebung im System
Zusammenarbeit mit HR und IT zur Optimierung der Prozesse im Employee Central
Anwenderunterstützung für HR-Kollegen im Bereich Employee Central
Unterstützung bei Tests und Rollouts von Systemänderungen
Dokumentation der durchgeführten Anpassungen und Prozesse
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbar
Erste Erfahrungen mit SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central / Payroll
Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
Analytische Denkweise und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
