Responsibilities
- Coffee Samples: coordinate and prep sample orders placed by the Ocafi sales team using sample roasters, packing, shipping and monitoring delivery.
- Sample/Cupping Room: manage incoming samples and corresponding organisational tasks
- Monthly Cupping Events: help in the preparation, running and clean-up of regular office cuppings. This is a great opportunity to delve into coffee quality.
Requirements
- Organised and diligent style of working, with an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage time, work precisely and complete time sensitive tasks.
- Ability to work on projects independently, as well as to coordinate with the Ocafi sales team.
- Language: English, German is a plus.
