Join our workshop for students who identify as women and discover what it’s like to work at Bain. Through hands-on case training and interactive sessions, you’ll build practical consulting skills, connect with Bain consultants, and learn more about career opportunities at our firm.
At our event in Düsseldorf from October 01-02, 2026, you'll explore what your path at Bain could look like. Experience our collaborative culture, get to know our way of working, and connect with inspiring women at Bain.
Throughout the two days, you'll have plenty of opportunities to get to know our Bainies — from informal networking sessions to fun group activities designed to help you build meaningful connections.
You'll have the chance to secure a Bain internship offer and unlock additional career development opportunities that will prepare you for a future at Bain. One outstanding participant will also receive a €10,000 scholarship.
This program is for students who identify as women from all disciplines, starting from the 3rd Bachelor’s semester onwards. Whether your background is in science, engineering, humanities, or beyond – your perspective matters.
At Bain, diverse experiences and ways of thinking help us create better, more innovative solutions. We’re also looking for strong academic achievement with great communication skills, drive, passion, and the energy to solve problems.
Applications for the German & Austrian True North Scholarship are now open. Submit your application by Sunday, August 23, 2026.
Applying to True North Scholarship offers you the opportunity to receive:
- A €10,000 scholarship
- A Bain mentor to provide guidance and access to a vast professional network
- An associate consultant intern offer with Bain Germany or Austria during your studies
- Online trainings and (interview) coaching
To be eligible to apply for the True North Scholarship you must identify as woman, and meet the following criteria:
- You must have completed at least your first year of a bachelor's degree at a German or Austrian, or Swiss university
- Your anticipated graduation date should be no earlier than the summer of 2027
- German/Austrian citizen or permanent resident/work permit
When applying you must include:
- CV including grades
- University transcripts
- High school diploma
