The Digital Marketing Architect is responsible for designing, integrating, developing and optimizing the end-to-end digital marketing ecosystem. This role bridges strategy, technology, and execution—translating business goals into scalable, data-driven digital marketing architectures that drive growth, performance, and customer engagement.

Marketing Architecture: Maintain and develop a security-first digital marketing ecosystem and ensure all marketing platforms, integrations and data flows meet internal security, privacy and compliance standards. Reduce architectural complexity and technical debt across the MarTech stack

Demand Generation: Architect digital experiences that build credibility and trust with security-conscious buyers and support long, complex B2B sales cycles with compliant demand generation
- Data Integrity: Establish accurate, compliant data collection, identity resolution, and consent management. Support audits, vendor reviews, and regulatory inquiries related to marketing systems.
- Optimization and Innovation: Enable compliant experimentation (A/B testing) across digital channels and evaluate AI and emerging MarTech with a risk-based approach
Marketing Technology (MarTech): Manage and develop MarTech platforms: CMS (Drupal), CMPs, Marketing Automation platforms (Account Engagement, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing Technology, with ability to work cross-functionally and globally
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A master’s degree or other relevant certifications are a benefit
- Language: Ability to speak 2+ languages: German (fluent), English (fluent)
