About the Role
We are looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) for our location in Putzbrunn, near Munich, starting as soon as possible, to actively support our global Sustainability team. While we anticipate a focus on value chain (Scope 3) emissions and product carbon footprint (PCF) accounting, you will have opportunity to gain insights into our project work that spans environmental footprinting, reporting, corporate social responsibility, greenhouse gas reduction, and more.
For this role you are available as a working student for about 15 – 20 hours per week for 1 year or longer.
Responsibilities
Support your team on any topics related to the sustainability of our business and manufacturing processes
Create project communication documents and implement optimized processes together with our international project teams
Participate in the coordination and organization of projects and get to know all phases of a project
Work on the preparation and follow-up of meetings on the topic of sustainability
Follow current sustainability trends and actively contribute your ideas
Work independently on work packages and subtasks in the day-to-day business
Qualifications
You are enrolled in Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, Renewable Energy, Natural Resource Management, Corporate Social Responsibility or a similar course of study
You are passionate about sustainability, coupled with creating a win for the business
You are fluent in English and preferably German
You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel), are confident working with data and take a hands-on approach to AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude) for research, data cleaning and documentation – experience with LCA or carbon accounting tools is a plus
You enjoy working in a multicultural team and have good communication and organizational skills, also in a virtual environment
You drive small projects forward independently and pro-actively
