Total rewards strategy & execution:

Design, review and continuously improve the talent rewards policies and compensation processes to be in line with local legislations as well as company global reward strategy.

Lead job evaluation, grading and salary band management across Germany/EU where applicable.

Conduct market benchmarking and salary reviews using reliable market data, recommend adjustments and budget implications.

Manage benefits design and vendor relationships (healthcare, pensions,mobility, wellbeing, insurances).

Partner with payroll, finance and legal to ensure accurate pay practices, statutory compliance (German labor law, tax, social security) and timely reward processes.

Maintain HRIS data integrity for compensation and reporting; produce regular dashboards and analytics to inform decision making.

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external associations and consultants.
Strategic HR Partnership:

Act as trusted advisor to leaders in the local HRBP team when needed.

Drive people‐centered change initiatives, support business transformation

Counsel managers on employee relations, disciplinary matters and complex HR cases; ensure consistent, fair processes in line with policy and law.
- 10+ years of combined experience as HR Business Partner and/or Reward Specialist; experience in technology, engineering, automotive or fast‐moving product environments preferred.

Solid knowledge of German labor law, compensation & benefits regulations, tax and social security considerations.

Hands‐on experience with job evaluation, market benchmarking, company car policies and HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors).

Analytical mindset: advanced Excel skills, experience with reward analytics and modelling.

High integrity, commercial awareness, pragmatic problem solver.

Fluent in German and English (spoken and written), Swedish competence is preferred.
