Mission
- You are responsible for our global supplier management and ensure
supplier performance in the areas of quality and logistics across all
our sites and product groups
- You ensure a stable supply to our production by continuously
developing and improving our global supplier network
- You analyze, standardize, and optimize processes, methods, and tools
in strategic and operational supplier management and ensure
compliance
- You manage, monitor, and further develop supplier performance based
on relevant KPIs and initiate sustainable improvement measures
- You take on both functional and disciplinary leadership of the Global
Supplier Development Engineers at our international locations
