Your Responsibilities
- You'll be in charge of our office in Essen and will ensure that everything runs smoothly from an organizational standpoint in our day-to-day operations
- You'll handle the standard office management tasks—from office organization to document management
- You will assist visitors, vendors, and employees, and manage our conference rooms as well as our "feel-good" initiatives
- You will support our client projects with commercial processing—from order confirmation and purchasing to invoicing
- You will organize business trips for our team, for example, as part of client projects
- You will assist our HR department with administrative HR matters on-site
- You will play an active role in optimizing internal processes and contribute to the further development of our organization
Your Profile
- Completed business training or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in office management, administration, or business administration
- A structured, meticulous, and reliable approach to work
- Organizational skills and a passion for keeping track of multiple topics at once
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Lexware is a plus
- Excellent German language skills; good English language skills are desirable
