Als Banquet Manager (m/w/d) leitest du die tägliche Umsetzung aller Veranstaltungsabläufe und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team dafür, dass Events professionell und reibungslos durchgeführt werden. Mit deinem Organisationstalent, deinem Serviceverständnis und deiner Leidenschaft für Gastfreundschaft schaffst du für unsere Gäste unvergessliche Erlebnisse.
Du passt zu uns, wenn:
- Du über mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Bankettbereich eines großen Hotels verfügst
- Du bestenfalls eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie / Gastronomie hast
- Du dich flexibel an neue Situationen anpassen und auch große Veranstaltungen mühelos überblicken kannst
- Du in einem inspirierenden Arbeitsumfeld arbeiten möchtest, in welchem Du gefördert und gefordert wirst
- Du mit deinem Team kommunikativ und auf Augenhöhe arbeitest
- Du einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch an Deine Arbeit hast
- Du ein Organisationstalent bist
- Du Deutsch und Englisch sprichst
Du im Besitz einer gültigen Arbeits- und Aufenthaltserlaubnis für Deutschland bist
