Qualifications

Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, ideally certified
-
Initial experience with SmartRecruiters is a plus
-
Strong understanding of holistic recruiting processes, including their intersections with adjacent modules such as Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals (G&P), and Employee Central

Strong consulting skills, empathy & conceptual thinking
-
A passion for teamwork & continuous development

Excellent German and English language skills
