Head of Marketing – International Events & Brand Experience
We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on marketing leader to take charge of our clients brand presences on the global stage.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the marketing strategy from concept to execution in cooperation with the client
- Create and manage social media content – both text and visuals – ensuring engaging, on-brand communication
- Steer graphic designers to deliver high-quality print materials, branding, signage, and event collateral
- Oversee the design and branding of client stands at their international congresses
- Produce compelling marketing materials, newsletters, and press content
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and events
What you bring:

To expand our team, we are looking for a motivated Marketing and Communication Specialist to support our external client, a global organization of aesthetic plastic surgeons, on a part-time/full-time basis.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the planning, conception, and implementation of English-language marketing and communication content for various audiences and in different formats (social media, email communications, marketing materials, press releases, etc.)
- Development, visual creation, and management of social media content and channels – including producing graphics and visual assets or directing designers to ensure high-quality, engaging posts that align with the brand strategy
- Writing, Copyediting, and refining all internal and external English-language texts ensuring clarity, impact, and alignment with brand voice
- Developing targeted marketing strategies, key messages, and press materials to strengthen brand visibility and engagement
- Closely collaborating with other departments to understand communication priorities and integrate them into cohesive campaigns
- Creative direction and coordination of graphic designers to produce high-quality print materials, branding, signage, and event collateral for congresses and exhibitions
- Developing and Overseeing the design, production, and on-site branding of client stands at international congresses, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand impact
- Conception and preparation of compelling marketing materials (print, slide decks, digital assets, etc.)
- Editorial management of monthly e-magazines (content creation, scheduling, proofing, and release)
- Handling media inquiries, member and client requests, and maintaining oversight of event calendars, publication deadlines, and project timelines
- Monitoring and communicating PR and marketing performance, providing insights for optimization
- Editorial management of a quarterly newsletter, which involves content planning and management, copyediting and ghostwriting, management of and communication with authors, proofing and responsibility for release
Your qualifications:
- Completed vocational training or degree in communication, marketing, or a related field
- Native-level English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven professional writing experience across different formats and tones, adapting to diverse audiences
- Extensive expertise in communication, online marketing, branding, and design processes
- Experience directing creative teams, particularly in developing print materials, signage, and event branding
- Highly independent, flexible, and structured work style with strong project management skills
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach
- Creative, open, and collaborative personality who thrives in teamwork
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
