Reklamationsmanagement
Dokumentation
Abrechnung der Leistungen mit den Kunden
Überwachen der gesamten Transportkette und Lösungserarbeitung im Falle von unvorhergesehenen
Transportunterbrechungen
Tägliche Korrespondenz und Beratung unserer internationalen Kunden, Niederlassungen und Partner
Profil
Eine Ausbildung als Kauffrau/-mann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
Erste Berufserfahrung im Export von Seefrachten
Gute schriftliche und mündliche Englischkenntnisse
Wohlfühlen im speditionellen Alltag und Freude an den täglichen Herausforderungen der Logistik
Spaß am nahen Kundenkontakt und an einem internationalem Arbeitsumfeld
