Super badly organized. Like very badly. We got two days of training and were expected the best performance on market. Cheap and unorganized
The company doesn't take in count you as a human unless you are directly employed by zalando or on "higher position" my teamleader was continuously hitting on me and after we had only two days of training they even came to us to say "we were not doing our job properly" :))))))))))))))) funny but true. All I can say is that I had a completely different idea of the organization at zalando, but it's just as cheap as any other cheap unorganized small companies
