Constantly working overtime and there is no work-life-balance. Very disorganised and chaotic working environment.
Constantly working overtime and there is no work-life-balance. Very disorganised and chaotic working environment. No clear direction from management, diversity means working in a department where every one has the same nationality as the manager. Human resources have noticed this issue but doesn't have the courage to address it.

Management wasn't too great, but there's a good work/life balance
Management didn't really seem to connect with those in "lower" positions and as such often didn't understand the problems we had with how things went. The plus side was that there was a really good work/life balance. The opening times were decent and we were encouraged to go to the different events they organized and if you needed time off, it was quite easy to get.

Great work environment, horrible top management
The best people I ever worked with but the top management take irrational decisions regardless of the employee’s needs. Would be neutral about recommending Zalando to work in.

Great work place, lots of change
Fun, open, diverse. It's like a start up but a very mature company. The amount of change though is staggering and can be a bit demotivating at times.
