great team and work environment
A typical day at work depended on your duties that day or week.
If you were responsible for the interior of the house you had to have a good look around in the morning, dust off the decoration platforms, make everything attractive for a new day (the customers).
Throughout the day there were tasks like changing the mannequins (search for new outfits, ironing the clothes and putting them on with the right fitting), decorating all sorts of things in the house e.g. the show piece beds in the basement with new (ironed) linens and matching cushions and blankets or just a nice atmospheric table decoration to present cutlery.
I learned a lot in these years.
From being part of a team, spatial sense (e.g. in a shop window)to time management and work very independently.
My co-workers were involved in all these learning processes and I felt really comfortable and appreciated.
We had to work hand in hand with the retail-/sales staff too which was sometimes difficult as everyone has their own opinion and style but it always worked out in the end if everyone is cooperative.
